We work with pre-payment only. Please make sure the payment is completed at least 48 hours before the first interview is scheduled to start.

You can pay by card (Revolut Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or via bank transfer.

All unused interviews will be lost. Because of this we recommend getting a smaller package, and getting a few extra interviews if needed. Chat with us about this here.

Alternatively, switch to an annual subscription for the flexibility to schedule interviews in any month, based on your hiring needs. The only restriction? All interviews need to be conducted within a year.

Interviews sometimes need to be rescheduled or cancelled, and we offer flexibility when that happens.

The candidate cancels the interview less than 4 hours before it begins. We charge you 50% of the value of the current interview as compensation.

The candidate cancels the interview less than 1 hour before it begins or does not show at all. We charge you 100% of the value of the current interview as compensation.

Yes. They cover team leadership positions like team lead, IT manager, product manager, project manager, engineering manager, DevOps manager, QA manager, data team lead, security manager, infrastructure manager, and UI/UX design manager.

No. They do not cover interviews for upper managerial positions such as CTO, CIO, VP of Engineering, VP of Product, Director of Engineering, Director of Product, Director of Design, Director of IT, Director of Infrastructure, Director of Data, Head of Tech, Head of Product, Head of Design, or Head of Innovation.

To interview for these positions, please get the 25 Tech Screens plan.

You can upgrade without a problem. You only need to pay the difference between the 2 plans that month.

Note: The urgent interview service is 50% more expensive than the standard service. For example, if you choose our Growth Monthly plan, we will invoice €2205 instead of €1470.

Since you are on one of our annual plans, you can schedule your interviews at any time during workdays throughout the year. For example, you can schedule all of your interviews within the first 4 months of using the service if this is what your hiring plan needs.
